HCT series a-type microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo
pressure test machine with powerful closed-loop servo control
function, which can realize load loading.The test force is not
divided, the whole process is a resolution.The test force showed a

FS.Electrical control and software operation meet GB/T 50081-2002
normal concrete compressive strength test method, especially
suitable for long time continuous working test site.It can achieve

The oil source is equipped with a plug-in logic valve provided by
SUN corporation in the United States. It can adjust the pressure of
the system intelligently.Pressure servo technology can guarantee
the system pressure is always higher than the pressure of the
cylinder needs only 2 mpa, when the test force is low, the pump
output pressure is lower, when the test force increase, oil pump
output pressure of proportion is also increasing.The pressure
difference is adjustable, ensuring that the system does not
generate tremors during the completion of different tests, thus
saving energy and reducing heat.

gear pump, and combines the unique oil source production technology
of the seller to make its whole machine noise less than 70dB,
improving the working environment of the workers.NACHI meshing gear
pump has the following characteristics:
the radial and axial pressure compensation design, high
efficiency;chip eccentric interstitial design, increasing
efficiency of radial pressure compensation;under the maximum test
force to 70 db noise; pressure pulsation is 2%, pressure stability,
ensure the test run smoothly, and prolong service life.
(2) convenient installation and maintenance.Hydraulic unit adopts
half - open structure.
(3) small heat and good heat dissipation.The unique differential
pressure control technology reduces the heat loss of the system.The
hydraulic unit adopts a semi-open structure with air-cooled
radiator.The radiator can be started automatically or manually.When
the temperature reaches the setting temperature of the oil
temperature gauge switch, the air cooler motor starts
automatically, so that the system can continue to work normally in
high temperature environment.
(4) high filtration precision: triple filtration, which makes the
oil less than 5 micrometers when entering the servo valve, improves
the service life and control accuracy of the servo valve, and is
more convenient to maintain.
(5) pressure overload protection function: when the pressure
exceeds the rated pressure of the system, the overflow valve will
begin to overflow, ensuring the safety of the whole system.
(6) sealing mode: choose the hydraulic line from tubing to joint
adopts American Eaton products, pipeline using taper sealing
joints, high pressure hose clamp sleeve type sealing effect is very
